Shipping Methods

There are different type of shipping mode for different type of products. As a general guideline, the followings are our options:

1. DHL / Fedex / UPS Insured – Compulsory for order above £500
2. DHL / Fedex / UPS  – Recommended for most items between £75 - £500 will be shipped using these options such as mobile phone, camera, camcorder and any other valuable items
3. Registered Airmail (Below £75) – Small accessories will be shipped using registered airmail if it is not ordered together with the phone or camera. Items that are below the value of £75.

Please note that we do not ship to PO box address for all items except small accessories or items below £75. Please take note that shipping duration do not include time taken for processing and clearance of funds.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Your order may only arrive after 7 days. This is due to the fact that shipping time is only considering the item is pick up till delivery. Excluding all other events during transit and order processing stages. For details of Estimated Time of Arrival page

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost are charged according to the dimension weight calculation formula from courier companies. It is normal that an item may be 1KG but the shipping weight is more then quoted.

When shipping an item, the weight of the order or package includes accessories, packaging materials, user guides and charger / adapter. All these form the shipping weight. Although an item may be weight a lot less because it was represented to you as the product without all items in the package or product.

Example of Shipping Cost 
1 unit of mobile phone weighing 1kg to Europe = £3.9 + £6 = £9.9
2 units of mobile phone weighing 2kg in total to Europe = £3.9 + £6 x 2= £15.90

In short, the more items you ship, the cheaper it gets.

Shipping Insurance

All basic shipping from courier services that we are providing comes with no insurance. If an item is lost or stolen or damaged, our company may not be liable for the incident. If you like to insure the shipment, it will cost another £6 on top of it.

If an item is lost or damaged. A report to the courier company is required. Our company can only pay out or replace the lost item upon obtaining a confirmation letter / email from the respectively courier company.
 

Tracking your shipment

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an email confirmation with a tracking #. You can then track directly from the url below based on the courier company that was shipped out.
