The estimated delivery time of your order depends on many factors. Here are some of the factors affecting the ETA (Estimated Delivery Time)

- The Shipping Service selected
- Approval of your payment such as Credit Cards, Paymate and Paypal.
- Working Days - weekends and public holidays of country from shipping origin and destination.
- Products - Some products takes more time to ship out especially require back order such as watches or products that have less demand.
Destination - City Area or Remote area delivery.
In certain cases, the estimated delivery time will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item.
Order Handling Time
Portagadgets handling time to pack and ship the item after receiving cleared payment is 2-3 working days. Handling time include, testing of electronics items, packaging, checking, loading of stocks from suppliers and other registering of serial / IMEI numbers and warranty.
Shipping Services and Destination
Some shipping services provide an estimate for number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's handling time. It includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates. Other delay of shipment may involved custom clearance, bad weather on transits, inaccurate recipient’s address, unable to reach recipient, remote area delivery and etc.
If you are living in an area that are not under the courier service area which is normally remote area and secondary cities. It is likely that the delivery time takes another day to arrive. If it is in a remote area, it may takes up to 2 working days. Normal express service to worldwide in any major cities is 2 working days.
Cleared Payment
A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller's account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately only if the Paypal account is Verified.
However if the buyer pays by unverified paypal account, cheque, money order, credit card, paymate, local bank transfer or eCheck, it may take several days.
Cash Deposit and Verified Paypal Account - Instant Cleared Payment
Cheque, Local Bank Transfer, Money Order - Takes up to 2 working days.
Credit Cards, Paymate and eCheck, Unverified Paypal Account - Takes up to 2-5 Working Days.
Product Ordered
Most of the products are stocked in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. But certain products are back order or in transit, require up to 2-3 working days to reach our warehouse before shipping off. Products require back orders are mostly watches and products that are customised and uncommon available in the market such as color selection, size or low demand products.
Products that required back order or special order are watches, fishing reels, Apples products, some electronics that required back orders.

Handling Time - 1 working day
Shipping Service and Destination - Express Insured 2 days delivery with no custom clearance delay. Living in a major city. No extra delivery time.
Payment method - direct bank deposit - instant or local bank trasfer done in the morning before cut off time.
Product - The product is ready to be shipped out.

Order Date - Sat 1st
Payment Date - Tue 3rd, Payment cleared, cos banks do not process transactions on weekends and will consider the transactions was made on Monday and cleared on Tuesday.
Handling Time - Wed 4th, Take 1 working day to process. Wednesday item is shipped. A common product that is already in warehouse. No delay or waiting time. Tracking Number is provided on Thursday / Friday.
Shipping Date - Wed 4th, No delay on weekdays and pick up on Wednesday evening. Item expect to be delivery in a major city on Friday.
Orders that are made on Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning can expect delivery to be made on Friday at the fastest ETA.

Handling Time - 3 working day due to testing, checking and waiting for products in transite to arrive.
Shipping Service and Destination - Express Saver 4 working days delivery with 1 day custom clearance delay. Living in a remote area with 1 extra day of delivery time.
Payment method - credit card or unverified paypal payment that require 2 working days of approval.
Product - The product required back order takes 2 working days to arrive at warehouse.

Order Date, Mon 3rd - Ordered on late Monday after 12 noon.
Payment Cleared, Thu 6th - credit card approved after simple verification and cleared on Thursday morning.
Handling Time, Fri 7th - Take 3 working day to process and weekends. Mon 10th, item is shipped. Tracking Number is provided on Tuesday / Wednesday. Product - Selection of color require back order take 1 working day to arrive at warehouse. Assuming it is included in handling time.
Shipping Service, Fri 14th, - Takes 4 working days to arrive at destination as it is located in remote area on Fri 14th.
