Shipping
Porta Gadgets uses Fedex or Express Mail Service (EMS) to ship all electronics to you. Both courier services do have online tracking of your shipment. EMS will only be used if the delivery address is not cover by Fedex. Under Fedex terms this is call ODA (Out of delivery area). Customers pay all cost of shipment.
Please be advised that we ship all orders to you direct from our wholesale warehouse in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Hence, we bypass middle parties (importers and distributors) thereby passing on the savings to you. Kindly be assured that we have standard procedures to test and check the products before we ship out in order to minimize problems with the products, if any.
Shipping cost are calculated with you buy the products from our web site. Shipping cost may vary from $25 and above according to weight and destination of the shipment.
