1. Is there any warranty on the product sold?
A: All products comes with warranty of 12 months. Please refer to warranty section on details of warranty
2. How do I make a warranty claim?
A: If your product is defects due to manufacturer fault, please make a claim via sales@portagadgets.com Please refer to Warranty Section before you file a claim.
3. Is there any cost that I have to bear on warranty claims?
A: Yes, you have to send it back to our local service center. It cost AU$9.00 to send the item via courier. Please insure the shipment as we do not cover lost in transit. If it is not a manufacturer defects, labour and part charges are levy to buyer.
4. When does Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty applies?
A: When, you first receive the product on the first day, it is not working. You can file a DOA claim within the 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, it falls under normal warranty claims.
5. What if the products broke down due to my personal capacity such as drop?
A. Porta Gadgets does provide servicing and repair for all electronics bought from our website. Please send us an email to make arrangement for repair service.
