    1. How do I make payment?

    2. Do you accept payment other than credit card?
    A:
    Yes, if you do not have a credit card, you can send us money via wire transfer, moneybookers.com . Please refer to Payment Section for more details.

    3. Do I have to pay tax or custom duty?
    A:
    The mobile phone prices as shown on our website are not inclusive of tax charges, you may have to pay for your local tax such as VAT or custom duty when it arrives at your country. For more information, please refer to

    4. What about credit card security?
    A:
    We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

    5. Why do I have to sign the credit card authorization form when my credit card has been charged and approved?
    A:
    Once your order is approved, there are occasion that additional security check is required to get final approval of your transaction before delivery of order.

    6. Why my order has not been shipped out after my payment has been approved?
    A:
    Once your payment is approved, it still take 2 working days for the funds to be cleared. Once cleared, your order will be processed and ship out in 1-2 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you.

    7. What is Paymate and why paymate is processing the credit card payment?
    A:
    Paymate is a 3rd party impartial company. They run checks against the credit card for fraud to ensure the user of the card is the genuine card holder. In short we use paymate to make your online shopping experience safe and protected against fraud.

    8. Can I pay using local transfer / direct deposit /cheque ?
