Return Policy
Products ordered from Portagadgets.com may be returnable if the following conditions is met and a RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorisation ) created for the return:
The approval of returns of your orders will be solely at our discretion as it will review on case to case basis.
All postage fees are non refundable and the shipping cost for sending back the products will be borne by the customer.

You may create a support ticket if you wish to return the product to us.
Products ordered from Portagadgets.com may be returnable if the following conditions is met and a RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorisation ) created for the return:
- The item is unopened
- The item is unused
- The item is undamaged
- The item can be sold again as new
- The item is unmodified
- The item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase
- The item still has all protective stickers attached
- The item still has all original packaging
- The item still has all original parts and accessories
- You agreed to pay for a retocking fee of 25% of the product cost or USD35 (whichever is higher)

- When the products are returned back to us, the market value of the products are less than what you have paid for
- We may not be able to sell the products as new due to the box has been opened by the customer.
- The products are subject to a resale value in the market in view of newer model is available.
