Please note that we might ask for a further verification to proof the buyer is the valid person using the credit card or Paypal account. A customer who do not wish to go through such process of verification, can cancel their order or place another order by paying though local bank transfer, bank deposit or cheque deposit that do not require verification.

You are required to submit the clearly scanned image of a valid ID. Please ensure all four edges of the document are visible.

You can scan any of the above documents that have your full name and address on it that match your order and payment details. Please make sure that the document must be a valid and not expired document. If it is a statement, it should be within the last 3 months statement.

- Payment from an unverified Paypal account.

If your payment is unverified by Paypal, we have been advised by Paypal to validate your shipping address. Kindly email us a copy of accepted documents listed above under your name (such as phone bill) so that we can confirm your address.

General Information on Paypal Payment
For Paypal payment, it is very unfortunate that we have to impose a convenient fee of 3% due to the fact that our credit card processor has imposed higher then normal charges on certain merchant such as exchange rate, discount rate and transactions fee. Therefore we have no choice but to pass down the extra costing to the consumer.

Refund and Cancelation of Order
When a customer make a cancelation or order before it is shipped out or we have no stock. A refund to your account may takes a few days. Refund process are different according to your methods of payment.
Local Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit / Cheque Deposit - A refund will need at least 2 working days to be completed and reflected in your bank account.
Credit Cards from Paymate - Once a refund is send to Paymate, it will take up to 3-5 working days to process the refund and to be reflected back to your credit card. This is because the banks is also involved in the process of reversing the payment.
Paypal - Refund for paypal is instant but it is still subject to our business working hours to process the refund. It will take at least 1 working day to make the refund.
