What is a pre-order?
It's a way to reserve our hottest new products before their initial release.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
The pre-ordered item usually will be shipped on its release date, depending on availability.
All other items will be processed for immediate shipment, depending on availability. So if you ordered other items along with the pre-ordered item, you will most likely get the other items first.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
Pay a deposit - $100 then you are eligible to reserve for the hot products to be release to the market.
Once item released, we will inform you the actual price of the item, and you will need to pay the balance. If you are not agree to the price that we offered, we will refund your deposit.
We won't charge your credit card until the item actually ships. If you order other items together with the pre-ordered item, you will be charged for the other items when we ship them and then for the pre-ordered item when it is shipped.
If you are using a debit card, your bank may place a hold on the authorized funds, but we won't collect until the item ships.
If you are using Paypal or Wire Transfer, your payment will be collected in advance. If you do not agree to the price that we offered, we will refund your deposit.
What do you mean by "expected" release date?
We can't always predict the exact date a pre-ordered item will become available.
We will ship your pre-order as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee a specific date.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order at any time prior to when your order is available to ship.
